Zealous Agency are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and visualising data to support decision-making across the agency. Working closely with their marketing, design, and development teams, you will help drive performance improvements by providing meaningful insights and reporting on key business metrics.
Their team thrives on data-driven insights, and they're looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join them in transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve campaign and project outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Google BigQuery and SQL to write and customise queries.
- Identify trends and patterns in data, helping the agency make data-led decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control processes.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or digital marketing data is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a digital agency, marketing, or e-commerce environment is a MUST
