As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key part of the agency’s new growth, with the autonomy to develop new and existing client accounts as you see fit.
Working closely with the wider team and the SLT, you will generate, manage and nurture leads and relationships across a variety of sectors.
The right person will be driven, focused and have a clear vision of their strategy to succeed- you will be provided with any toolkit you require.
You will be researching and attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
You’ll need a marketing agency background to be able to spot opportunities as they arise, and have a full grasp of the agencies offering in order to manage work successfully and engage in a meaningful way with both internal and external stakeholders.
